RETURN SHIPMENTS TO OSCULATI

Shipments of goods to Osculati without an RMA number aren’t possible. Non-authorized shipments will be rejected.

RETURNS UNDER WARRANTY

Returns under warranty are possible in case of defective products or major visual flaws compromising the product use.

Procedure:
• Contact the After Sales Service or submit the RMA form.
• The After Sales Service will assess the validity of the warranty claim and will decide the actions to undertake. An RMA number will be issued to return the product to Osculati in case the product has to be returned.
• Apply the RMA number to the parcel in a visible manner and send the package to Osculati at the customer’s charge. After assessing that the product is really defective or non-compliant, Osculati will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace or refund the product.

RETURNS OF MIS-SHIPMENT

In case of discrepancies between the goods received and the related invoice or order, contact your sales agent by e-mail or fax within 8 days from the delivery, attaching a picture of the product received. Wait to receive the RMA number before shipping the goods.

COMMERCIAL RETURNS

Commercial Returns are products still not used and undamaged, in their original package and without visual flaws. The request for Commercial Returns has to be submitted to your sales agent within 30 days from the delivery. Osculati will accept the request at its sole discretion.

Commercial Returns tariff: € 10 per line + 5% of the amount returned.
